Vedic Meditation
Learn Vedic Meditation with Marie-Emma
Vedic Meditation is a silent practice, carried out with your eyes closed, sitting comfortably, twice a day for 20 mins.

A Bit About Marie-Emma
I learnt to meditate in 2003 after meeting someone at work who I noticed 'held it all together'. They were happy, good at their job, had so much energy they could go out in the evening after a full day of work, and when they asked me 'how are you?' in the morning waited to hear my reply!
I wanted what they were taking! I was so shocked when I heard they meditated. They were wearing a business suit, rather than loose tie dye clothing, that I expected meditators to wear.

After learning, I had a moment of 'Wow! If I ever have the opportunity to teach others this technique, I am going to take it.'

I learnt to become a teacher in 2007, studying in India and America. I have enjoyed having the privilege to teach ever since.

About Vedic Meditation
Students learn initially for many reasons, seeking a practice to improve their wellbeing.

Once practising, they feel calmer, more rested, concentrate more easily during everyday tasks, sleep better, feel better, happier and with all these benefits, are great people to be around.

You are able to meditate anywhere - as long as you can sit. So, if you are for example at home, travelling or in a park, you can meditate.
